Last night's miso making workshop
15 enthusiastic fermenters attended the Miso workshop on Tuesday.
Here are some snaps ...draining the cooked soy beans, Su adding beans to the food processor, weighing out the koji and salt mix and Rick adding the koji to the mashed up soy beans, with Su mixing thoroughly by hand.
